Borresteijn (427), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 13, 2008 Bottle from a gift pack. Reddish brown colour, thin white head. Aroma is fruit and toffee/caramel. Flavour is malts, toffee and some dark fruit. Rather sweet, but soft. SHIG (1466), Oberoffligen, Germany Apr 4, 2008 Bottle: Poured a reddish brown with an off white head. Aroma is sweet caramel and fruit. The taste is similar sweet caramel with nice tingle of alcohol and fruit. Maria (3963), Thisted, Denmark Feb 1, 2008 A cute label! The color is brown, hazy and the head is moderate. The aroma has notes of yeast and fruit, just like the flavour, that also has spicy and perfumed notes, but in an Ok way. It’s sweetish with notes of caramel and alcohol and a light citrus in the finish. I like it, but it could have had more depth and power. Bullit (504), Zeist, Netherlands Jan 20, 2008 Deep orange colour, big foamy disappearing off-white head. Aroma has caramel malts, some fruiits and alcohol. Flavour has sugar, caramel and spices. Ok beer. Woodcamp (7), Schiedam, Netherlands does not count Jan 20, 2008 Bottle with an attractive label showing the Texel sheep. After pouring in glass the head vanishes quickly. Almost no nose and an unclear unattractive fizzy brownish colour. Strong in alcohol is the only thing that lingers after drinking this beer. A dull mediocre beer which I don’t appreciate. Maybe I got a wrong bottle?
