It smells like apple cider, so much so that when I asked my girlfriend what she thought I had in my glass she said apple cider after smelling it hitherto tasting it, to when she thought it was carbonated, fermented apple juice. Not a good ESB, but perhaps a good fruit beer, if you are a fan of the style ;). RooftopRogue (423), Champaign, Illinois, USA

A dark amber color settles under a placid head that has only a trace of lacing to its credit. Very little taste besides a hint of hops. guzzler67 (1289), Hanover, Maryland, USA

Malty, fruity, earthy aroma with a suggestion of cherries. Taste was thin and a bit astringent. Well carbonated, medium-bodied mouthfeel with a dry, slightly bitter finish. morty99 (371), Maryland, USA
