The Brewhouse Apricot Wheat

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy orange-gold with a creamy white head. Rich apricot aroma. The flavor is malty wheat, grain, and organic apricot with low bitterness. The apricot flavor is light and balances well with the base, adding a nice, natural addition. Medium-light body with a creamy texture. Nice for an apricot wheat, though I’m not wild about the combination. In the vein of Pyramid’s take on the style, but with a more natural fruit flavor and much nicer texture.
