Sep 13, 2007 Had at Mammoth Blues and Brews. Light yellow gold color. Light pepper aroma and a little standard pils aroma. Initial flavor is like drinking habernero sauce. Very spicy. After the overwhelming heat disipates, bready biscuity pilsner malt kicks in with a crisp finish. The peppers do linger though. The spiciest beer I have ever had, but I found it enjoyable even if I did feel that it gave me heartburn.
