Draught at the brewpub. Dark brown with an off-white head. Roasty malt aroma. The flavor is dry and roasty with medium bitterness and chocolate and toasted malt flavors. Medium-light bodied with medium carbonation. Nice roasty profile. The honey seems to have fermented completely and left a dryer beer with more alcohol and just a bit less body than you be optimum. Thank god it’s not cloying like many honey-browns though.
