| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 5, 2009 Cask at the brewery. Pink pour with a light pink head. Big raspberry aroma, very fresh and clean. Flavor wasn’t as intense as the aroma, but still very raspberry, light and tart, very nice on a hot summer day. | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jul 4, 2009 The 7/3/09 Firkin Friday Beer that stayed on cask for the July 4th Barbecue. I had this side by side with the blueberry version, for a red, white, and blue berliner weisse extravaganza at the Bruery. This brew poured pink, with a 2 finger tan head. Nose is sweet, with mild razzyness. Taste has a big pucker, lots of heavy tart razz, really tasty, tart and damn good.
