750 ml bottle. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a slightly hazy straw gold color with about a half inch white head. It smells like wheat, bread/dough, lemon and also a bit of an herbal aroma I can’t identify. The aroma isn’t tart at all. However, that all changes in the taste. Tart lemon and apple flavors show up first, and there’s also some wheat/grain and herbs noticable in the taste. Also has a nice lingering tart finish. Mouthfeel/body is light and thin, and it has moderate carbonation. Drinkability is excellent, it’s crisp, refreshing, smooth and extremely easy to drink. With the ABV being just 3.1%, going through a bottle of this is pretty easy. This would really be a great summer beer. This is the first Bruery beer I’ve tried, and it certainly won’t be the last.

Hazy pale yellow color with a white head. Sweet tart doughy yeasty aroma with apples, lemon rhubarb pie, mild celery. Mild to medium tart flavors of granny smith apples, lightly sweetened earthy rhubarb, cream of wheat cereal grains; love that grainy malt grist. Light and easy drinking.

Bottle: The aroma consists of lemon, grass, yeast, slight mustiness, and a hint banana. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a moderate fizzy head that fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with some mild yeast and citrus notes. The finish turns to a moderate lemony tartness. Very refreshing and drinkable. Light bodied with carbonation that started out rather lively and somewhat fizzy, but became much more mild midway through the bottle.

Bottle courtesy of fogdog. Pours a light yellow color with thin head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of grass, wheat, honey, light floral hops, light citrus. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of honey, grass, funk, light citrus. Light body with light citrus finish.

Sampled from 750 ml bottle shared by deliriumfest. Pours a hazy light golden straw colored brew with a thick white head that has some nice retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain light malts, a hint of salt, tropical fruit with a hint of lemon zest. Taste is light bodied, some flavors of tart light friut, yeast and a touch of egg whites. Finish is light with some yeast and wheat aftertaste that quickly disappears.

Nice Fruit juice aroma with notes of pineapple and an ever present sourness. Pours a pale straw slightly cloudy yellow. The flavor is slightly sour, but not overwhelming lemon and fruit juice/ raspberry are noticeable.

Rating from the bottle, though I’ve had it on tap previously. Pours straw yellow with fizzy but quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is slightly stinky, with some lemons and wheat evident. Taste is lemony and grainy. Really tart on the finish and not too fizzy on the palate. Lingers well. I really love this beer...a wonderful rendition. I need to buy more of this stuff.
