Poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, cardamom, orange peel, citrus fruits, vanilla, toast, and honey. Taste of vanilla, citrus fruits, coriander, orange peel, honey, tart wheat, and a dry, yeasty finish, with a little alcohol as well.

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head that went away to nothing quickly. Aroma of perfume, touch of ginger, wheat, honey and spicy peppery notes. Flavor was earthy, honey, corriander, orange notes, other various spices, floral and wheat. Lots of carbonation.

In short: A problematic very ferrous/rusty blonde ale. Certainly a bad bottle. Too bad
How: Bottle 750ml. Consumed fresh immediately after receiving it through Kegbear. Thanks Craig.
The look: Almost clear dark blonde body topped by a small off-white head quickly receding to nothing at all
In long: Nose has floral notes, some coriander and rust. Flavourless crisp hay/cereals, a little sugary honey and a spicy touch are the only non-problematic flavours. Now come the problems. This bottle is incredibly ferrous/rusty, this is beyond oxidation. Like old water that spent days in a rusty pot. A strong mineral sensation. And with the aggressive soda-pop carbonation I felt like I was drinking mineral water with a few spices thrown in. The spiciness had a salty character. ouch! The beer is so lacking in body that the 7.7% is apparent. After being blown away by some of The Bruery offerings this is pretty obvious that I was bad lucky and got a bad bottle. That sucks cause this was a limited release I likely won’t get to try it again. Just my luck, I’m the kind of lucky guy who can find the proverbial needle in the haystack, prick myself with it and bleed to death.

Bottle, sampled at Woodshop Quad. Pours a clear gold with a huge foamy white head. Spicy aroma, of wheat, malt, and yeast. Taste also has a lot of spices, with malt, lemon, yeast. Lingering spiciness. Very nice.

Bottle courtesy of Kegbear: Poured a cloudy light orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma is dominated by dry coriander and huge wheat malt. Taste is also a nice mix between some dry coriander with loads of wheat malt with light cloves ester and a dry slightly hoppy finish. Full body with limited filtration and great carbonation with no signs of alcohol. I thought this was very interesting if maybe a tad over spiced.

750ml bottle thanks to drewbeerme. Poured a hazed pale yellow with a thin white head. Fruity nose with something weird with phenol alcohols. Dry earthy herbal funky flavors. The earthy and light malts - pear and apple are refreshing. Spritzy lively carbonation. Interesting flavors I could drink a lot of in the summer. 6/3/8/4/15 = 3.6
