750ml bottle thanks to drewbeerme. Pours a clear yellow with a white fizzy head. Fruity, light malt, slightly doughy creamy yeast. A slightly dirty note to it. Lightly sweet malt citrus pear flavors with a slight acidity. The flavors are more flat than the nose. Highly carbonated. All around ok, I enjoyed the imperial version more.

Light gold with a white head. Aroma is light fruit, yeast, spicy maltiness. Taste is pretty fruity, nice yeastiness to it, light alcohol with a mild malt sweetness.

750ml bottle thanks to drewbeerme.....pours a mostly transparent golden yellow brown and huge white head.... sweet sugar, honey, orangey citrus, pear, and spice....flavors were lively and sweet. little yeasty. sweet malts, pears and dried fruit. pretty sweet for a witbier.

On tap at The Bruery. Yellow color with somewhat fizzy white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, and mild spices. Taste was really spicy with yeast and funk as well as lots of citrus. Lively palate. A great Belgian white overall, very top of its style in my opinion.

On tap at The Red in Santa Cruz. Hazy straw color with filmy off-white lacing. Aroma of banana pith, vanilla, eggnog, wheat, and a touch of citric tartness. Flavor is similar to the aroma, with a slight dry bitterness in the finish. Body is between medium and light, pretty much perfect for the flavor profile which is very fulfilling.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, highly effervescent, pale gold body with a swelling, white head. Smell: Subtle notes of lightly bready malts, citrus, and spice with a fine, delicate note of flowery perfume. I suspect I’m missing a fair bit thanks to these unruly bubbles. Pity. Where’s a spoon when I need one? Taste: A bit bready, a bit grainy is the upfront maltiness. Light, restrained sweetness. Flavors of tart, citrusy lemon and a heavy-handed dose of coriander. Seemingly spicy hops with a mild bitterness. Finishes dry and with a fizziness that would outdo a mouthful of Pop Rocks. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Shamefully overcarbonated. Drinkability: Whew!! It took much diligence to see my way to the end of this beer, and, were it not for the runaway carbonation, it could’ve been far better. One to revisit, provided they clear up the carbonation issue.

Bottle and served in my Hoegaarden tumbler: Slightly hazy (got got more hazy each pour) golden hue topped by a HUGE over conditioned fluffy head which left strings of lacework upon the glassware. The aroma is pure orange zest, coriander, wheat husk and yeasty esters. The nose did start getting too floral as it warms. The taste is twangy fruit, moderate spice and light white wheat. Nothing too complex but still tasty. The mouth feel aggressive and too lively which gets slightly in the way of enjoying the flavors IMO. Burp! The oat addition did not stand a chance of adding body with all this carbonation. Overall a fine Witbier that would be even better if not for the bottle conditioning gone awry.

750ml shared by BlackForestCO. Pours clear yellow with an orange hue. Huge white head dissipates into a small foamy head. Aromas of light citrus, pear, flowers ( I guess this is the lavender), honey and coriander. Flavors of sweet... something? Spices and some mellow yeasty flavors as well. Palate is bubbly and very carbonated. Thanks again Jake.
