| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 29, 2008 Bottle pours with a yellow - hazy hue that sits below a large off-white head that is mostly diminishing.
Aroma is of pineapple, citrus, yeast, bread and lots of lavender.
Flavor is of sweet honey, spices - starts sweet, but has a slightly bitter/spicy ending.
The beer is light on the palate with very light carbonation.
Not the best tasting beer, but definitely smells amazing!! daknole (2940), Plantation, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Nov 27, 2008 bottle thanks to Stefanje...what a generous trader. This one was a gusher, foamed all over the damn place. Pours a honey color with the mentioned huge white head. Aroma is quite interesting. Fruity, yeasty, spicy and hints of perfume. Flavor is really nice if you can get through the carbonation. This brewery seems to have a problem with getting their carbonation levels correct. Flavor is creamy, yeasty, and some declicious spiced show themselves as it warms. Very nice beer. Cheers! kmweaver (2461), Sebastopol, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Draft @ Beachwood BBQ. Pours a bright, effervescent, slightly pale honey-orange color; thin off-white head with a perimeter of small bubbles. Sharp pepper, sweet honey, and thick Belgian character in the aroma; plenty of floral spicing; solid, if a bit sweet and heavily spiced. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: full-on white pepper, spice, and sweet honey upfront; very dense, slightly heavy wit-style beer; a touch rough, almost like it’s trying too hard for the style to be successful. Medium finish: sweet honey, lingering floral notes, honey and pepper. Sammy (4000), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 17/20 | Nov 26, 2008 Pours whitish on citrus orange. Beautiful aroma of wheat and citrus,ad spiciness, as in pepper and cinammon, and this was in the taste, along wit spice well integrated. Lovely drinkable. Only criticism:Powerful aggressive carbonation, would it ease if I left it a while - just too fresh?

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 21, 2008 On tap at the brewery during AHA rally. A light golden color, cloudy. Aroma is full of spice, coriander definitely in there. After it warmed up the malt balanced nicely with the fruitiness of the yeast and the spices. Clean, refreshing, and easy drinking. Great beer. can8ianben (903), Pasadena, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2008 A lovely Belgian Wit. The lavender is noticeable and gives this beer incredible depth to both the aroma and flavor. Perfect for a summer day, just an incredible balance of fruit flavors and yeasty notes. Delectable. paiste2002 (158), Saugus, California, USA
| 4.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Oct 26, 2008 750ml bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy yellow with a huge white head that falls off to a very nice lace. Aroma is of spice, orange, floral, malt. Flavor is crisp and very refreshing, spicy, orange, coriander, oats, grassy, hops. Spicy grassy bitter finish. This one fine beer, very enjoyable. tytoanderso (1387), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2008 750ml bottle. Loads of spice and hops on the nose. Cut flowers, coriander, sweeter wheat. Earthy, grassy and herbal hops really balance out the insane amount of spice. Very unique. Pours a hazed gold with a bright white head. Like the other Bruery beers, the nose is quite pleasant, but the flavor entirely disappoints. Incredibly intense carbonation. Lots of coriander, lavender, noble hops. Bitter and rather intense for a wit. The carbonation really just strips any subtlety out of the beer. Chalky on the tongue with a spicy and slightly bitter finish. Thanks Joey!
