On tap at Malt and Vine in Redmond. Cloudy and yellow-gold with a thin white head. Aroma is subtle but elements of yeast, orange, coriander and lavender can be detected. The taste is sweet and spicy, milky, zesty and bready. Mouthfeel is excellent, soft effervescence, creamy. A highly drinkable, uniquely spiced white....Looking forward to trying the imperial.

Thoroughly enjoyable in every way. The beer poured with an overwhelmingly enormous white head. The color is hazy blond with some bit of lace. The aroma is floral and gingery with a light peppery note and some orange. The flavor is spicy with lots of ginger, some lemony notes, and some floral notes. The flavor is dry and full. Just delicious. The palate is bubbly and champagne like.

Bottle @ HjHansen, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white lasting head and lacings. Nose is spicy and rich of pepper, citrus, ginger and a bit of wheat. Full bodied. Smooth. Spicy taste, a bit one dimensional, but somehow balanced. Fresh and very drinkable.

Pours a hazy golden yellow color with some ripe banana hues and some very pale golden yellow notes when held to a light source. Two finger frothy soapy white head that quickly fizzles away into a thin lasting cap. Visible carbonation bubbling up. Citrus aroma with hints of peppery spice, corriander, bready yeast, orange and lemon peel, lemon zest and subtle floral notes. Very carbonated up front with a bit of crisp effervescence. Slightly bready yeast body that is still kind of light with a lot od spice and citrus flavor that leads into a slightly dry finish. Lots of citrus flavor and peppery spice. Tons of lemon juice, lemon zest, corriander, bready yeast and subtle floral notes. The carbonation of this beer kind of takes away from the other subtle flavors. It is not very balanced with a lot of zesty peppery spiciness, citrusy lemon juice and very subtle bread notes.

Poured hazy lemon yellow/honey orange with a tremendous three finger bright head. The head dissipated to a solid film that stayed firm to the end and left nice lacing. Lemony citrus aromas with tsrong earthy yeast and subtle tart apples. Chewy bready malts were prominent on the palate, with a tangy lemony taste in the background. Some candy sugar sweetness and spiciness finish it off. Highly carbonated, soft on the palate, and a tangy tart citrus aftertaste.
