| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 20, 2009 Thoroughly enjoyable in every way. The beer poured with an overwhelmingly enormous white head. The color is hazy blond with some bit of lace. The aroma is floral and gingery with a light peppery note and some orange. The flavor is spicy with lots of ginger, some lemony notes, and some floral notes. The flavor is dry and full. Just delicious. The palate is bubbly and champagne like.
