Poured hazy lemon yellow/honey orange with a tremendous three finger bright head. The head dissipated to a solid film that stayed firm to the end and left nice lacing. Lemony citrus aromas with tsrong earthy yeast and subtle tart apples. Chewy bready malts were prominent on the palate, with a tangy lemony taste in the background. Some candy sugar sweetness and spiciness finish it off. Highly carbonated, soft on the palate, and a tangy tart citrus aftertaste.

750ml bottle from Premier Gourmet. Light golden colour with tall foamy lasting head. Aroma is strong on the corriander and spice, with noticeable floral nad citrusy lemon. Herbal spicy flavour, zest and slight carbonation. Yeasty and lavender noticeable, yet quite balanced. Refreshing, somewhat saison style impresion. Lingering floral aftertaste. Much more complex than a Hoegaarden.

Bottle: Huge head, taste is bland artificial. Food Pairing: Indian food to kill this brew’s aftertaste.

750 ml bottle. Served in a tulip glass, the beer pours a straw gold color with a 2 inch frothy white head, even after a slow pour. Head retention is excellent, with a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is lemon peel, oranges, coriander, wheat, and a bit of a flowery smell which I assume is from the lavender in this beer. Taste is similar to the aroma, but the lavender flavor comes out more compared to the aroma. For whatever reason I’m just not into the lavender taste. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, and it has high but soft carbonation which works well for this brew. Drinkability is good, the soft carbonation makes this beer smooth and easy to drink. Overall I think this is a good brew, but it’s not something I’d buy often unless I was in the mood for a lavender/flowery tasting beer.

Bottle at home. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge but fast disappearing white head. Fruity aroma of citrus peel, coriander and spices. Fruity flavour of citrus peel and spices with notes of hops. Fruity and spicy finish.

75cl bottle bought in Portland. Pours a hazy golden, yellow color with a big, foamy white head. Tons of carbonation which keeps the mouthfeel lively. Aroma is citrus, piney, and I definitely pick up the lavender. Flavour is more pine, lavender and orange zest. Finishes a little flat. Okay I suppose.

Shared with the Man and the Legend, DrBayern, the King of Celts Celticbrew, and the Baron of Beer Brian the Beer Pimp. Nice spicy aroma. Pours a light yellow color, clean and clear. Has a nice dry taste with hints of lavender. The finish was very nice and dry.

On tap at The Bruery tasting room. This is a very light colored beer with a nice light yeasty taste. There is some awesome coriander and orange spice thing going on with this. Incredibly well balanced. Good one

Bottle. Pours a clear, golden color with a ridiculously large, very dense white head. Aromas of citrus, coriander, ginger, and wheat. Palate is very lively, with a light body and a sticky texture. Taste is very light, with just hints of citrus and wheat. Given the aroma, I thought that the actual taste would be equally as well but unfortunately it was light.
