May 1, 2009 DLD 2009, thanks to htsprint1: This poured a hazed golden/amber body with a short white head. This had a splendid Brett-funk aroma along with some citrusy tartness, peppers, and other spices. Some floral hops added more spiciness to the flavor, which did give a touch of pale malts, although the Brett seemed a bit lighter. The finish was dry and spicy. Very nice.

Apr 30, 2009 Hazy dark golden with a white head. Very nice brett aroma is cheesy with barnyard piss, dung, and dry hay. Smooth medium body with soft carbonation. Nicely bitter flavors of dry hay and spices, with earthy funk and lightly sweet malts to finish. Great fucking brett brew.

Apr 26, 2009 Draught at Bar Great Harry. Hazy gold/amber color with a white head leaving stripped lacing. Fragrant floral and banana aromas. Citrus and light fruit (banana pear) flavors cut through with a clovey spice phenol and a generous hoppy zest, finishing with some cottony Brett dryness. Nicely balanced in flavor and palate and very refreshing on a temperate evening. This reminds me of why I always prefer good Saisons like this as a warm weather beer over HefeWs and middling domestic wheats.

Apr 24, 2009 Bottle. Golden amber beer with a whitish head. Yeasty, light musty aroma with a bit of Brett. Peppery, yeasty flavor with some light malt and light citrus. Medium body. Pepper lingers with yeast and light fruitiness. Pepper flavor is a bit strong and there’s a surprising amount of backing hops.

Apr 20, 2009 750 ml bottle. Pours a completely clouded apricot gold with a moderate white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left some spotty lace. Very pleasant aroma of peaches, yeast and some pepper. The flavor unfortunately lacks the fruitiness of the aroma and is mostly yeast, pepper, and a bit of hay. Quite dry as this beer approaches the finish. No funk to speak of at all from the brett; were it not for the description, I would not known it was in here.

Apr 20, 2009 Pours a nice slightly cloudy golden color with a large white head. Aroma is yeast, funky, spicy, dirty, malts and hops. Flavor is yeast, light bretty funk, spices, hops, malt, coriander and a touch of earthiness. Nice Saison.
