Commercial Description:
Our Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness and a wild and rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol than our Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. Perfect for warmer weather and Spring celebrations.

bottle poured a hazy golden color with a big frothy head that left heavy dollops on the surface. aroma has wheat, spicy wild yeast, fruit skins, and hits a little barnyard thing. light crisp mouth feel with prickly carbonation. has lots of yeasty flavors, spice, grains, barnyard, and aged hops. light on the sweetness, dry, and has a light bitterness in the finish.

From stefanje via trade. The pour was cloudy and gold with a robust white to off-white head that collapsed slowly. The aroma is earthy with brett coming through. Light spice and caramel come out to give it balance as it opens up. The flavor is a nice blend of light funk, yeast, earth and some sweetness. I was hoping for a bit more in the hop department as I feel it would have given the beer more personality. Nice mouthfeel.

Fantastic. Yeasty aroma that hits you in the nose. Little funky flavors mixed with the brett. Light and fruity. Enjoyable.

750 ml. - Hazy gold, thick creamy white. Complex citrus and peppery pineapple aromas ride waves of bretty funk and honeyed pear. Rustic fruitiness and peppery hop notes round with a dry candy sweetness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, bittersweet finish. This is a great thirst quenching summer brew…

Pours a very clear gold with a large and lively white head. The classic barnyard aroma is there. Full mouth. Balanced, very slightly dry but no sourness. Hint of background spice and licorice finish. Nice.

Bottle at Diego’s tasting. Pours a golden color with a big white head. Overcarbonated. Aroma has stone fruits, honey, spice, earthy funk and some yeast. Flavor(once you get past the bubbles) is pretty nice. A bit tart, funky, stone fruits, spice and a bit dry on the finish.
