Commercial Description:
Our Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness and a wild and rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol than our Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. Perfect for warmer weather and Spring celebrations.

Bottled. A golden beer with a dense off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus, spices, among them black peber, as well as lighter notes of malt, straw, and fruits - peaches and pomerans. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of black peber, and medium notes of yeast, malt, citrus fruits, peaches, and coriander, leading to a dry lightly bitter and lightly tart finish.

750ml Bottle at the Cheeky Monk Belgian Cafe, Denver 26/09/2009 Hoppy slightly sour and floral berry fruit aroma. Big white head. Golden coloured strong in alcohol and hazy in appearance with a little dryness and bitterness in a crisp malt finish. The ideal way to start GABF Saturday, this went down perfectly at breakfast accompanying the excellent Belgian waffles with mixed berries and sour cream!
