Has a cloudy golden color. Smells like cheap french perfume, leathery. Tastes is full of floral, yeast flavors. Has a smooth finish.

I enjoyed this one during our tenth wedding anniversary and it worked well with a cold end of May night and its warm yeasty texture with some bitter hops in the background (hallertauer? German?). The rye really works with this one and seems to meld well with the sweetness without creating an odd bready sensation I’ve gotten with other beers which utilize rye. Dry and a lot of carbonation (big head).

Bottle from spark27! Nice bright orange color, followed by a monster head that took a while to settle. Classic saison aroma of yeasty, dirt and earthy notes. With a sourish brett in there as well. Taste is the same, yeasty and earthy. This one had just the right touch of brett in there, not to sour or over powering. Nice carbonation level. Smooth and easy to drink. Wish I had another bottle. Oh well... Thanks E!

Pours cloudy apricot with a lacy white head. Light aroma of spice and lemon funk. Light body and active carbonation. Funky apricot taste.

Bottle Pours out a apricot color topped with a cream white head. Aroma was nice lots of spice, pepper, brett, and some sweet malts. Tast was more of the Brett and lots of spice. A nice fruit and malt on it was well. A very nice body.

Pours a hazy orange with 3 fingers of foamy active fluffy ice cream cone head. I turn my back and come back expecting the head to have settled and its now more like 4 or 5 fingers of head and a inch above the top of the glass. Aroma is spices, yeasts, bretty funk, esthers, pepper, citrus, malt. Flavor is esthers, bretty funky goodness, spices, malt, yeasts, some bitterness and citrus, grass and sulfur. Really nice Saison.

750mL Bottle. Spicy, floral aroma with some pepper, saffron, and a hint of lavender. Nicely spice-filled, which I’m guessing is coming from the rye. Pours a clouded amber-orange-tinted gold, with a foamy tall white head. Flavor has a strong spiced white wine character. A mulled sensation. Peppery. Vinous. This is very complex. The Brett melds in real well with the spicy character of the beer. Lots of complex sophisticated fruit and herb. Alcohols are a bit brisk, but make the profile of the beer more electric. Dry. A really good, complex, unique twist on a Saison.
