750ml bottle. Pours a beautiful pale orange with a massive white head that’s nice and sticky and sticks around forever. Bubbles escalate throughout the entire tall glass. Looks the part. Aroma shows nice classic saison qualities. Belgian yeast throws off some spices, pepper, phenolic, some citrus twang. Some banana maybe and a touch of lemon. A touch of creaminess is also present which adds a nice and unique touch. Flavor is smooth with a creamy, silky mouthfeel. The mouthfeel is really the standout here, feels really lovely without any sweetness. Great body. Certainly one of the better Saisons I’ve had and I bet this would continue tasting good for quite some time as the brett is really not showing itself yet.

Bottle from Blacklick Wine & Spirits. Cloudy orange pour with a big off-white head. Malty and somewhat sweet aroma up front with a nice orange character and a hint of brett. Creamy and bready malt flavor followed by a blast of orange before a creamy and tart finish. Pretty good.

Thanks to the Tampa Crew for this one. Pours hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is some brett, orange, citrus, pepper, lots of carbonation, and spice. Flavor is peppery, tart brett, orange/ citrus, and yeast. Nice saison, dry finish, medium body, and lots of carbonation.

Very floral, with a nice brett character. A bit of tarragon and mint in the nose. The flavor is lightly sweet with cotton candy and honey malts, lightly bitter and just lightly tart in the finish. The rye comes in with a spiciness late, especially once it warms. Body is soft with gentle carbonation. It’s a little sweeter than I’d like it, but a very solid offering and better than I thought it’d be.

An opaque yelllow beer with a tall whie head. Huge pieces of yeast and protein, some of the biggest I have ever seen in a beer, the size of dime. Lots of wheat. Some citrus, and grains of paradise.

This stuff is awesome. It smells very perfumey and flowery, with maybe some spicy notes in the finish. The flavor is a great mix - some fruity notes, some funk, some notes of hoppy bitterness. No need to go through a list of whatever flavors in here (too many), but trust me, this is great stuff.

This stuff just got to ohio today. I am glad I chose this one over the autumn maple. Pours a reddish light cloudy brown with some rusty hues to it. The head on this is awesome. Never poured that big at all but it stuff around the entire beer and when the glass was swirled the creamy head grew in size. The rye comes through some in the aroma. There is some spiciness and a light funk that comes through. Not overly bretty though. Flavor had a nice bitterness to it and was very smooth drinking. There was some sweetness left in this one though even with the brett. The palate on this was one of the best i have felt too. Creamy and some sweetness which was weird for a saison but it still felt right for the beer. Well done. Cant wait to try the other bruery stuff.
