Hand bottle from bman1113vr. Hazy golden color with a small white head. Nose has lots going on, including bitter orange peel, clove, yeast, apricot jam, and other citrus notes. Some banana flavors, bitter orange and apple cider, clove and corriander, with a dry, oaky finish. This is a really tastey take on the Belgian Strong, and good for the Fall season, even if it was not intended to.

Tap at BoHo in Hollywood. Pours hazy orange with a short lived white head. Aroma is malty, spicy, yeasty and slight alcohol. Flavor is malty sweet, caramel, apricot, some spice - coriander and orange peel and again slight alcohol and some oak in the finish. Medium body and quite sweet, not my favorite from the Bruery.

Courtesy of BMan11113VR. Hazy golden color with a fleeting head. Nice malty sweet n’ spicy aromas. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Clove coriander orange zest, spicy oak flavors on a hefty wheat malty base. Tasty brew.

Bottle thanks to Bman1113vr. The smell is caramel, some sweetness, spices, malts, and yeast. The look is clear, golden in color, and has a white head. The taste is slight alcohol, spices, yeast, caramel, malts, and fruits.

Draft at san diego toronado: pours a slightly hazed golden pumpkin with little to no lasting head. Nose was predominantly yeasty with fruity notes of apricot, papaya, and peach. The flavors were so yeasty and spicy that I almost died. Banana-like yeast with gigantic spice everywhere...I should have asked saul for the pineapple express...but no, he gave me the snicklefritz by default, maybe he’s got some percoset. So, fruit juice, yeast, and spices...that’s what this is all about. Drink with caution.

Bottle thanks to Bman1113vr. Pours a hazy gold with white fizzy head. Aroma of mixed citrus. Flavor is very nice, citrus, wheat and a nice tang bite, hides alcohol well. Mouth feel is medium body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, very nice!

I have to also thank bman1113vr for the chance to try this one. Poured a hazed orange with a small off-white head. Yeasty aroma with notes of clove and spice with some sweet orange. A little bready (not bretty). Clove almost bannana flavor. A wheaty citrus taste. Medium bodied. Light spice on the finish. No alcohol taste but a hint of warmth. Almost medium bodied.
