750ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy pale peach color with a big fluffy off white head leaving some light lacing. Very strange nose of saw dust, buttered popcorn and some dry oak. Flavor held some faint hops, with a touch of booze and wheat malt.

Nose of sweet wheat, honey, belgian notes - sweet, light yeast and honey. Bourbon adds sweetness in the nose with notes of vanilla. Pours orange golden hazy nice frothy head. Flavors of wheat, sweet oranges, honey, bourbon, vanilla. Underneath are flavors of light estery yeast and dust. Sweet bourbon notes. Lots vanilla. A little alcohol warmth. Solid beer all around.

750ml capped, thanks Alex! Pours a hazy golden with a gray tint an a tight white head that leaves a bit of lacing. Fireweed honey, oranges, esters, bubblegum, wet bourbon, vanilla, coconut milk. Tight creamy mouth feel with light to medium body. Boozy citrus wheaty sweetness up front with vanilla bourbon, toasted coconut and oak, a hint of some tart wine like flavor...mostly from the barrel. Really enjoyable and I wish I had one of these to age and see where it goes, I think some oxidation would be interesting.

bottle thanks to kegbear. Very vanilla aroma with a hint of something else. The taste is slightly fruity with a bit of oak coming through. Almost a bit tart but not quite. This one is real complex and some nice grape comes out as it warms. Awesome beer

Wow this smells like a chardonnay. Wow it tastes like one too. Vanilla, caramel, white grapes, and a ton of oak. Like a creamy, full-bodied white wine. Really good.

12%? I’m confused. This beer tastes like it could be 6%, smooth and delicious. Lots of fruit up front, sweet apple and grapes, soft oak dryness, vanilla and a mild tartness. Pours beautiful glowing orange with a thin white head.

What an interesting beer with so many elements and so much sweetness. Pours tripel yellow with a white head. Nose is apple, bourbon, some belgian yeastiness, white grapes, fruit, and booze. Flavor is lots of sweetness, some apple/ tripel characteristics, and honey, grapes, light fruit, bourbon, vanilla, and booze. Medium body and abounding sweetness.

750ml bottle. Pours cloudy, medium-dark orange amber in hue. A foamy head of consistent, off-white foam holds fast, resembling whipped egg whites. Spotty lacing marks the glass well. The nose is based in sweetly toasted toffee and caramel malt, with a clean wheat grain overtone, spiced with fragrant citrus rind, lemon, and dried orange. Vanilla and soft, oaky bourbon lend the perfect compliment of boozy warmth, without overpowering things in the least. Flavors also impress, light toffee and wheat joined by hints of cola, with bourbon soaked vanilla bean, cinnamon, and zesty citrus hops and spices. The palate is substantial, smoothly carbonated, and warm, never hot. Very solid wheat wine. Another winner from The Bruery.
