Tap at Night of the Funk. Cloudy pour. Cabbage, ketchup, green grape aroma. Tart flavor has a nice kick but a watery finish. A bit of mint, oaky grain, peach and grape. Good complexity.

Golden orange body with a thin white head. Crisp tart nose of citrus and white grape. The Zin gives off a spicy floral note, almost like honey and berries. Finish is sour and moderately acidic.

Pouring at the Night of the Funk event in Boston. Pours a hazy light amber gold. Little cheesy and funky. Light, very subtle. Finishes up dry with some light acid.

Pours a hazy golden orange. Nose is fruity, clean, bright hints of citrus. Taste is light on the palate, fairly high carbonation, peaches, lemon, oak, and a ton of white wine grapes.

Sample at NotF. Pours a light orange color with a light hint of fruits in the nose. Palate is smooth then quite fizzy in the finish. The white zin is very present in the flavor as is some light sour notes.

growler - thanks to brandon for this one; cloudy light orange; definitely has a zing to the nose with fruity and floral mix of wine, grapes and sour fruit; mildly sharp at first but this one really grew on me; fuzzy texture the refreshing fruit, oranges, grapes and perfect level of lacto sourness; wheat and lemons with sweet, fruit finish; delightful and made more interesting as it was sampled next to toronado 20th

On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Pale fizzy Fresca in color with a small off-white head. Sour berry and white grape nose--a bit of a fruity soda thing going on as well. Flavor is much the same with some light leather and oak. Wheaty finish with sourness peaking @ a 4, hint of butteryness (more brett?). Light to medium body with light prickly carbonation. Not too bad at all--a little too sodapop-ish to keep it from making me really happy.

On tap. Slightly hazy pale amber with a creamy white head. Tart fruity aroma. Light body, light berry-like fruitiness and a distinct and fresh tartness. No bitterness. Yup, very vinous. 130709
