Commercial Description:
Back by popular demand, this Belgian style dark strong ale allures with aromas of fruit, malt and spice. A unique blend of Belgian acquired yeast creates delicate spice and luscious fruity flavors during fermentation, balanced by gentle, roasted malt and alcohol. Forty pounds of Turbinado sugar from Maui contribute rummy undertones and boost the strength without adding additional body. Allow it to sit and warm slightly to fully enjoy the symphony! (8.8% ABV)

(draught at brewpub) pours murky orange with fluffy lasting off-white head. Nose of banana, dark fruits, bubblegum and alcohol. Taste heavy on the banana, rum, esters, Raw sugar and figs. Finishes creamy and has a nice thick body.

On tap at the Covey. Best beer of the day. Pours a murky amber brown body that is a bit lighter than Predicament 2. Aroma is rummy with caramel and dark fruits. Taste is banana esters, rum, caramel and a decent amount of alcohol for 7.7%. Big mouthfeel, creamy. Very nicely done, but I think 2 was better.

First to rate! Clouded red orange color. Very fruity scent. Big notes of bubble gum, banana, plum and grapefruit. Wow. Taste is fruity first with a fair amount of alcohol in the taste as well. Finishes with the original fruit which lingers in the best possible way. Very solid through and through.
