Commercial Description:
This blonde, unfiltered ale is inspired by the refreshing and complex farmhouse ales of France and Belgium. It was traditionally brewed in the winter to be consumed in the summer by the peasants in the rural farming areas of the region. The complex bouquet of citrus, ripe fruit and spice is a result of the unique ingredients used to brew this beer: an authentic yeast strain from the Dupont Farmhouse Brewery; barley, wheat, and rye malts; Spalt hops; and a blend of five spices. We won’t make you work for it though! Enjoy.

Growler thanks to jkwalking05. Pours a cloudy yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma of some lemon, some light malt, faint funk. Flavor of some nice malt, light citrus, faint funk, a little pepper, perhaps a little banana as well. Mouth feel is light-medium body, soft, with medium fizzy carbonation. Overall, a pretty tasty brew!
