Pours a dark amber brew. Has a thick creamy tan head. The aroma is sweet, smells of caramel and spice. The flavor is sharp, harsh, and spicy. The palate is sharp and crisp. The finish is spicy. Overall, harsher than i’d like.

12oz bottle. Nice amber pour with a small tan head. Nutty, sweet malt nose and flavor. Pretty nice - underrated?

On tap at the Chattanooga Taco Mac. Looks and tastes great. One of the best amber ales I’ve tried. Cool logo too!

Not impressed. There were layers of flavor, but non of them were all that great. You can probably skip this one.

12oz bottle via trade with ross! - Thanks! - Pours amber with a pretty tall offwhite head that stays well and laces the sides of the glass. Aromas of toasted malts, some bread, and light hops. Flavor is toasted malts, caramel, yeast, and slight bitterness from the hops at the finish. Medium body and pretty fair amount of carbonation.

Sticky, sweet, band-aid-like aroma. It is slighlty nutty, not so sweet in flavor. It is strikingly out of balance, malty, yet dry and slightly bitter.

Light aromas of some kind of roasted malts with some dough like hints as well. The flavour feels burnt and kind of twangy. I feel like I’ve had two similarly bad tastign ambers, have I lost a taste for this style?
