Ungstrup (11354), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 16, 2008 Bottled. A dark amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is powerful with a weird combination of spices and fruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit and light notes of alcohol, with a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Papsoe (10285), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2007 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of boboski. Clear, dark, amber golden with a creamy, beige head leaving some lacework. Fat aroma of caramel and aroma hops. Quite full-bodied, somewhat sticky sugar and caramel accents. Some floral accents and some bitterness in the finish. Not very balanced. 171107 argo0 (6229), Washington DC, USA Mar 8, 2007 (12oz bottle, thanks wilkie) Crystal clear copper body with small beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, cherry, mango, caramel. Taste is sweet, cherry, peach, toffee, earthy, some alcohol warming. Sticky medium-full body. Unusual, but not sure I fully embrace what they do here. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Mar 18, 2008Date: 12/25/2006
