Commercial Description:
An American brown ale brewed with loads of hops from start to finish (it’s hoppy and beautifully bitter). Amarillo hops in the boil provide a spicy citrusy bitterness. Saaz dry hops in the fermentor provide a refined flowery aroma. These hops are supported by a grain bill of seven varieties of malt.

Pours a brown body with a white head. Caramel malt, brainy, nutty, cinnamon spice. hops are present in a grassy earthy manner. Eh. not my favorite.

Clear brown color with a strong pillowy off-white head. Smell is roasty with hints of caramel and plenty of earthy hop aroma. Taste is earthy in the beginning but gains a nice nuttiness in the middle. Lingering nuttiness and roast in the finish that is quite nice. High carbonation with a medium body. Pretty nice beer, but there are just a few things that take away from what it could be. The lingering aftertaste is awesome, but it isn’t that great for me when it hits the tongue, and the mouthfeel wasn’t quite on for me. Worth a try, you may love it.

Bottle from StFun, thanks josh! HUGE head took three minutes for it to dissapear... Almost over filled my snifter. Dark brown in color. Aroma of chocolate, cinnamon, nuts and brown sugar. Taste is watery cinnamon, brown nutmeg, Hint of chocolate and roasted malt. I dont know where the hops are???? Just ok... Thanks Josh for the brew and all the effort you put into hooking me up with an awesome package!!!

12 oz bottle. Very dark brown with moderate tan head. Aroma of carmelized and roast malts with grassy and floral hops. Grassy hop flavor with roast malt backing up. Finish is moderately bitter grassy hops. Medium to light body with high carbonation. Nice job.

Bottle from trade. Bottle-bomb. Hazy dark brown with large creay tan/beige head. Aroma is big alc, nuttiness, chocolate. Medium sweet roasted malt with big alc but very astringent hop flavor and a little infection, upfront its nice but the finish isn’t very nice. Medium body that has a good amount of creaminess. I don’t know what to say about this beer exactly as I am vey befuddled by what they are trying to do.

(USA) Had at the last Knight’s tasting !!! Had a dark brown color with a med-tan haed. This one exploded out of the bottle......LOL. The aroma was pleasant, coffee / chocolate notes. But the taste was dreadful, not well balanced, muddy taste.

Bottle from world market in NC. shared at the Devonshire. Well we tried it and it was pretty bad. Smelled Ok, looked alright but the taste was lousy. Chalky chocolate dark red mix of burnt malts in water. Sad and empty.

12oz bottle. Pours a dark brown with a thick tan head. Nice roasty grain aroma, might have been a little too cold. Roasted grains and smooth malt taste dominate. Solid brown ale.
