750 mL bottle from the Winery. Pours clear, very pale straw with moderate carbonation. Strong aromas of apple and white wine, tart and slightly sweet. Light flavor overall, tart apple and white grapes with a sugary sweetness. Nice flavor profile; overall quite pleasant.

My first cider review, as well as the first review for this cider! I got this at my local cider mill, which also acts as a winery(obviously) Well, it pours a filtered light straw yellow, with no head. Is cider supposed to have head? anyways, the aroma is sweet, and the flavor is dry and crisp, with a hint of apple, and white grape juice. It almost reminds me of champagne. It’s very tasty, and I highly suggest going to Parmenter’s cider mill if you find yourself in the Northville/Novi Michigan area. Cheers!
