Commercial Description: This ale is a traditional German Weizenbock (or wheat beer brewed to bock-like strength). It has a complex spiciness from the yeast and a complex malt character from a grist of 50% Munich Malt and 50% malted wheat. It also has a mild alcohol kick. In Germany, the "Absacker" is the last drink at the bar, but you never know which Absacker will actually be the last one! 25IBU
