Commercial Description:
Our un-filtered English Style Pale Ale is named after Haverhill's pond, but don't worry...it tastes like it's from "across the pond." Tawny gold in color, this rich brew boasts a mild sweetness, a hint of amaretto and fablous drinkability. 10.1 degrees Plato, 22 IBU

Pours a medium-dark amber, with a medium sized, dense tan head which mostly lasts and laces nicely. Aroma is caramel malt, slight breadiness, some nuttiness (almond?), and a bit of earthiness. Flavor is slightly sweet (caramel), slightly nutty, and ends with a bit of earthy hops. Medium body, super easy drinking. Had a pint with a handful of almonds and it matched perfectly.

Deep golden to light copper in color with a slight haze and a small off-white head of foam. Huge toasted malt aroma and mellow floral hops. Bread/biscuit malt flavor and hoppy. a nice English session ale.
