Aug 17, 2006 This wasnt in the best condition i dont think. Aroma was minimal but dominated but malt. Taste is more balanced a bit thin but still an alright ale.

Aug 6, 2006 Cask, GBBF 06. Took ages to settle. Very big white nitro style head. Light chestnut colour. Strongly sulphuric, nearly totally disguises the true aroma. Watery but balanced hops and malt. Bitter and dry, bite of hops.

Aug 18, 2005 [cask at theakstons brewery] light amber colour with a moderate head. Aroma is fruity, citric hops with buttery caramel notes. body is light with some butteryness in the finish.
