Standard malty nose. Copper coloured body with virtually no head. Very weak watery flavour similar to the pretty nasty Theakson Bitter. Not much else to report, a very thin and weak ale.

Canned: Faintly hazy amber with a smallish long lasting pale beige head, Light woody hops and maly aroma. Medium thin watery body. Stale Brit pub ale bitter hops and sweeter malt flavour. Hint of peatiness. Mild stale bitter finish, sweet sweaty gum shoe aftertaste.

Thin, sweetish start, buttery/oily texture, bit of toffee maltyiness and slight resiny hops, pretty horrible (i had the bottle version i case you were interested).

Well, it nearly works. This looks like a nitrogeg beer - from a bottle. Woo. This isn’t bad or offensive because it’s so bland. Boring.

Bottled version. Deep amber. The low carbonation gives a pleasant, soft mouthfeel. Malty and dry, but also slightly papery. Medium bitterness.

Bottled. Interesting ’CaskPour’ system, for cask quality beer at home, apparently. In reality its a normal bottle, so ’CaskPour’ doesnt actually mean anything. Light, not much too it but still good, especially at 98p a bottle.
