Cask@GBBF2007. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel, fruits and much nectar/tropical fruit. Some slight wood is there too. Flavour is bitterness and tropical fruits along with some wood. Aftertaste is mainly nectary.

Cask Handpull at Muggletons, JDW, Maidstone. Gold/copper colour with thin bubbly off white head. Very perfumed aroma, rose petals and peach/apricot/nectarine fruit. Fine in mouth with some bitterness. Finish has more fresh stone fruit and hop bitterness. Simply bizarre. Good bitter with peach/apricot and nectarine flavours all over it.

Cask Handpump at the William Jameson, Sunderland (JDW) 31/10/2005. Golden coloured and very fruity raspberry aroma and taste with some malt and dryness in the finish.

A Mes rate: Cask at GBBF. Dark gold with a white head. Sweet, medicinal and none too pleasing aroma. Very sweet and fruity flavour. No balance. Watery. Erm... yyyup.

A firm white head covers the clear dark golden pour. Extremely fruity this one! Almost belgianesque yeastiness procures blackcurrant notes and an altogether weirdly fruity palate. Sweetish, but drowned in the malts’ graininess. No toastiness whatsoever, just those dulling, rather stale fruits. Poorly integrated.

Wetherspoon beer festival. Aroma is fresh and fruity with a disctinkive berry overpowering everything else. The taste is also of this berry which is overly sweet for the beer and makes finishing the pint a bit of an effort.

Cask Condiioned at The Hole in the Wall, Scarborough. Orange brown beer with bubbly head. This is a light aromatic, flowery beer, maybe somewhat grainy, but there are some sour offnotes that ruin the finish.

Cask @ GBBF 2008. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish fruity aroma. Sweetish malty fruity berry flavor. Has a sweetish malty fruity finish.
