Commercial Description:
Bottle - Pasteurised.

This is a very pale, straw coloured ale, that uses a special malt to produce a pronounced ‘peach-like’ element to the aroma and palate, which is complemented by a floral hop character.
Brewed using a blend of traditional Fuggle, Golding and Bramling Cross hops.

Only ratings of the bottled version should be entered here. The cask version has a separate entry.

50cl bottle from Sainsburys. Straw with a loose white head; floral aroma; earthy bitter flavours with a little fruity sweetness for balance; dry and bitter finish. Rather boring.

500ml bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold with no head and moderate carbonation. Fruity malt aroma with a touch of peppery hop. Flavour had plenty of chewy malt, peach fruit and a decent bitter finish. An enjoyable summer ale.
