Commercial Description:
This lager undergoes a slow fermentation at low temperature, followed by a cold maturation period. It is clear, scented and light. This superior lager is produced using the best spring barley. It has a straw yellow colour, a fresh scent of hops and a smooth flavour of yeast. It can be consumed at any time of the day and goes very well with light meals.

Alla spina in un bar di Castellina Marittima (PI); ottimo esempio di lager che pur mantenendo una certa impersonalitā si lascia bere con gusto. Aroma e sapore canonici, corpo un pochetto acquoso.

330 ml bottle. Brilliant deep golden colour. Next to no head. Rich malty aroma with a grainy character. Malts nicely balanced by crisp, but mellow hops. Low carbonation level makes the beer feel surprisingly smooth, and slightly sweet. Little hops to be found, instead the beer is primarily malt driven. Very drinkable.
