Commercial Description:
It is a typical Victorian Pale Ale with an auburn-yellow colour and a persistent froth. Full-bodied distinguished by the fruity scent of its superior fermented yeast. As tradition has it the Theresianer Pale Ale is well balanced and ideal with fresh and persistent flavours.

Bottle. Pours bright clear amber with a sponge toffee head. Very malty aroma, lots of toast, toffee, and breadcrusts. After resting, hints of cooked peaches come forward. Very malty palate, without the fruit hinted at in the aroma. Minimal hop character. Medium bodied. Almost doppelbockish really. I actually quite enjoyed it.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense light orange head. Light hops aroma, seems dry. Flavour is medium sweet caramel malt with a light edge towards the finish. Light off-note. Ends with a mild sweet caramel malt flavour and mild earthy off-note.
