May 9, 2008 Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Large off-white creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a golden colour. Aroma of strange hops and herbal. Mild malt and caramel. Over the palate came toasted malt, hint of herbal, citrus and fruit. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Light to medium sweet and bitter flavour. Dry and herbal hoppy finish.
