Aug 30, 2009 Bottle: Poured a pale golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet grass and light hops. Taste is smooth with grain and metallic hops present.

Aug 6, 2009 Bottle. Pours bright clear amber with a sponge toffee head. Very malty aroma, lots of toast, toffee, and breadcrusts. After resting, hints of cooked peaches come forward. Very malty palate, without the fruit hinted at in the aroma. Minimal hop character. Medium bodied. Almost doppelbockish really. I actually quite enjoyed it.

Pours amber/golden with a thin off white head. Nose is quite grassy & sweet.
Flavour is thin, grainy and sweet.
Not very pleasant, slightly metallic.

Oct 12, 2008 Bottle@Home. Floral, malty, some apple, hint of perfume aroma. Yellow color, white head, fair lace. Sweet, light bitter, apple, fruity, light bready. Nice flavors but not really a Pale Ale.

May 12, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense light orange head. Light hops aroma, seems dry. Flavour is medium sweet caramel malt with a light edge towards the finish. Light off-note. Ends with a mild sweet caramel malt flavour and mild earthy off-note.
