Commercial Description:
It is a typical Victorian Pale Ale with an auburn-yellow colour and a persistent froth. Full-bodied distinguished by the fruity scent of its superior fermented yeast. As tradition has it the Theresianer Pale Ale is well balanced and ideal with fresh and persistent flavours.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Large off-white creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a golden colour. Aroma of strange hops and herbal. Mild malt and caramel. Over the palate came toasted malt, hint of herbal, citrus and fruit. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Light to medium sweet and bitter flavour. Dry and herbal hoppy finish.

Golden with a small, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, fruit, flower and a very light bitterness. It’s quite harmless and easy to drink, but not one I’ll remember in the future.
