Commercial Description:
This lager undergoes a slow fermentation at low temperature, followed by a cold maturation period. It is clear, scented and light. This superior lager is produced using the best spring barley. It has a straw yellow colour, a fresh scent of hops and a smooth flavour of yeast. It can be consumed at any time of the day and goes very well with light meals.

2009-05-22. Crisp yellow body with a modest white head that fades. Aroma is mild, grassy, grainy, with a touch of wheat and hops. (5+) Flavour is similar, sweet pale malts/grains, light bitterness throughout, lingering grains and mild muddled hop bitterness in the finish. (5+) Average to light palate. Underwhelming. 330 ml bottle. Brilliant deep golden colour. Next to no head. Rich malty aroma with a grainy character. Malts nicely balanced by crisp, but mellow hops. Low carbonation level makes the beer feel surprisingly smooth, and slightly sweet. Little hops to be found, instead the beer is primarily malt driven. Very drinkable.
