Jun 13, 2009 [2190-20090522] 330mL bottle. Slightly burnt brown toast aroma with a hint of leaf. Clear, dark yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Bland yeast bread flavour with grainy water. Light-medium body. Not very interesting.

May 29, 2009 2009-05-22. Crisp yellow body with a modest white head that fades. Aroma is mild, grassy, grainy, with a touch of wheat and hops. (5+) Flavour is similar, sweet pale malts/grains, light bitterness throughout, lingering grains and mild muddled hop bitterness in the finish. (5+) Average to light palate. Underwhelming. Mar 17, 2008 330 ml bottle. Brilliant deep golden colour. Next to no head. Rich malty aroma with a grainy character. Malts nicely balanced by crisp, but mellow hops. Low carbonation level makes the beer feel surprisingly smooth, and slightly sweet. Little hops to be found, instead the beer is primarily malt driven. Very drinkable.
