Commercial Description:
This lager undergoes a slow fermentation at low temperature, followed by a cold maturation period. It is clear, scented and light. This superior lager is produced using the best spring barley. It has a straw yellow colour, a fresh scent of hops and a smooth flavour of yeast. It can be consumed at any time of the day and goes very well with light meals.

Alla spina a Castellina Marittima, colore molto chiaro, sapore normale ma senza note negative, corpo leggero, per nulla alcolico. Una birra semplice e gustosa, difficilmente stanca.

I´ve bought in to ocasions about twenty bottles. I am sure i did hande the bottles like all ohers ive bought so far. Yet it seems that ive got a series with some production error as by opening the bottle it seemed to be under pressure and with fermentation not terminated. The beer instantly poured out and this happened with every single bottle. Obviously that a strong alcoholic and fermentation taste alterates the beer to much to make a decent test. So i am very sorry for theresianer brewery that i cant give a higher rating, despite your very good other beers ive tried so far.

Bottle @ Juniper Restaurant - Wgtn. Grainy, malt meal / popcorn notes. Slight peppery finish and showing signs of age. Only thing on the unimaginative list in the reataurant I hadn’t tried.

Alla spina in un bar di Castellina Marittima (PI); ottimo esempio di lager che pur mantenendo una certa impersonalità si lascia bere con gusto. Aroma e sapore canonici, corpo un pochetto acquoso.

0,33 cl bottle, picked up at an Italian airport. Some bready aroma, maltiness and a little dry hoppiness. Refreshing. A perfectly all right lager.

Small white head disappears quickly. Golden body. Grassy, fruity, malty aroma with notes of corn. Kind of dense. Dry, grainy malt and corn taste. Surprisingly much taste, slightly toffeeish. Reminiscent of Scandinavian "gold" beers. Nice, decent. (0.33l bottle, thanks to KnutAlbert.)
