Commercial Description:
This lager undergoes a slow fermentation at low temperature, followed by a cold maturation period. It is clear, scented and light. This superior lager is produced using the best spring barley. It has a straw yellow colour, a fresh scent of hops and a smooth flavour of yeast. It can be consumed at any time of the day and goes very well with light meals.

Pours ok – big head, surprisingly creamy and dense. Colour is a nice and attractive yellow – orange blend. A touch hazy. Fairly true to style to smell; boring malts and perhaps a touch stale. Perhaps the faintest citrus hint. Kinda boring to taste but inoffensive in a good way. No doubt this beer follows the macro rule book but at least it’s something you could drink given the right conditions. Quite dry and fizzy, again a sliver of citrus, and surprisingly firm and bitter on the finish. Ok. A: 4 N: 3 F: 5 P: 3 Overall: 10

Bottled(330ml). -My was Theresianer Premium Lager. Clear golden coloured, small white head, lively carbonation. Malty and slight hoppy aroma but also quite weak and watery. Moderate bitterness in the finish. The weakest of four Theresianers that I’ve tried.

Golden, clear colour with a medium head. The aroma is malty. Also malty is the taste, but not very well balanced. The body is quite thin and the finish is short. Only light hop presence. Good to be a commercial Italian lager.
