Aug 30, 2009 Bottle: Poured a copper brown with a thin off white color head. Aroma is sweet caramel and malt. Taste is some roasted malt, caramel, and just enough alcohol to keep the mouth warm.

Jul 21, 2009 330 ml bottle. Amber body with a small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, dry fruit and some alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, some bitterness and alcohol. Quite ordinary and a bit out of balance, to strong on alcohol.

May 21, 2009 Pours amber/red, thin off white head.
Nose is interesting, strong vanilla & a kind of berry fruit.
Flavour is somewhat sweet, sugary. Fruits are there, with a mild balancing bitterness.

Oct 12, 2008 Bottle@Home. Raisin and vanilla aroma. Copper color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, vanilla, bitter, mint? Soft and smooth. Very good attempt but a little out of balance though.

Jun 18, 2008 (Draught) Pours deep red. The aroma is of dried fruits like raisins and plums, some sugary caramel and floral and earthy hops. The flavour is of dried fruits - raisins, figs and plums, syrup, caramel and floral hops. The mouthfeel is a bit sticky and syrupy. Medium sweet, medium bitter and light dry. Medium bodied.
