Bubbly head that collapses rather fast but never vanishes completely. Starts a bit weak flavourwise, but eventually you get the right, fruity esters, making it possible to mention the usual references to banana, melon etc. It takes a little while, but this ends as a decent German hefe-weizen. 270505 Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark
