yeasty with cloviness and fruitiness comming through, quite refreshing bhensonb (2861), Woodland, California, USA Nov 27, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Light wheaty aroma. Pale gold color with white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Starts with wheat, balanced by mild hop. Not too dry. Very nice. Bitter builds a bit in the finish. No fruit, but a little spice. Not a hefe. Wulfstan (434), California, USA Sep 26, 2007 Updated: May 15, 2008Light amber with a thin white head, moderate lacing. This is very light and a bit fizzy. It has pretty good, if mild, flavour all-round and is generally well-balanced. There is a prominent wheat/grain flavour that is very much like hazelnuts, which is fairly interesting. For an American wheat, it is pretty good and certainly memorable. General_Gao (2480), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Sep 6, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden color. head was thin and white. Distinct wheaty aroma with light citrus accents. Tasted of honey touched, fresh cereal grain. badlizard (1437), San Diego, California, USA Aug 2, 2007 Clear yellow with a creamy white head. Faint wheaty/bready aroma. Crisp bready and citrus/lemon taste.
