Jan 18, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty aroma with some hints of citrus. Sweetish fruity wheat malty flavor. Has a slightly sweetish wheat malty fruity finish with some hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Nov 27, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Light wheaty aroma. Pale gold color with white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Starts with wheat, balanced by mild hop. Not too dry. Very nice. Bitter builds a bit in the finish. No fruit, but a little spice. Not a hefe.

Sep 19, 2008 On tap @ Third Street poured a lightly hazy gold with a small diminishing white head. Aromas of wheat yeast and light straw. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, straw and light yeast with a crisp malty finish.
