Apr 15, 2005 Quite enjoyable. I really do like this American Wheat. Lightly carbonated, hazy wheat appearance, light citrus tones and nice foamy white head. Excellent american wheat.

May 30, 2006 Banana and pineapple esters with nutmeg. Very heavy banana taste with spices, almost like liquid laffy taffy.

Sep 26, 2007 Updated: May 15, 2008Light amber with a thin white head, moderate lacing. This is very light and a bit fizzy. It has pretty good, if mild, flavour all-round and is generally well-balanced. There is a prominent wheat/grain flavour that is very much like hazelnuts, which is fairly interesting. For an American wheat, it is pretty good and certainly memorable.

May 15, 2008 served from a pitcher with something like 3 whole lemons slices up and floated on top.
yeasty with cloviness and fruitiness comming through, quite refreshing

Aug 16, 2009 Sampled at the brewpub. Translucent yellow gold with zero head. Plenty of perfume in the nose, also floral. Flavor is sweet candy, citrus peel. Sweetish finish. Not a typical wheat. I wrote "whimsical".

Aug 2, 2007 Clear yellow with a creamy white head. Faint wheaty/bready aroma. Crisp bready and citrus/lemon taste.

Nov 27, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Light wheaty aroma. Pale gold color with white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Starts with wheat, balanced by mild hop. Not too dry. Very nice. Bitter builds a bit in the finish. No fruit, but a little spice. Not a hefe.
