Third Street Aleworks Biergarten Pilsener

Golden pils with a thin creamy white head. Good spiced hops aroma with honey notes. Sharp crispy malt with intense sharp hops, very much like a fresh pils. Medium bodied. Russian River Beer Revival & Barbecue Cook-Off, August 20, 2005.

Very yellow in color and with an interesting aroma of grass. I felt that the beer was lacking something in it’s makeup to truly make it a good beer! Not bad for a pilsner, just not my style.

Pours with a yellow body topped by a thick, white head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet and grassy with a slight malt note and a nice hoppiness. A little weak. Light bodied and smooth.
