Sep 17, 2007 Updated: Oct 31, 2007Not one of the Aleworks’ best beers, this is a decent brown ale but by no means great. I could certainly drink it, but given other choices there, I never plan to. The flavour is decent, but it has almost too much burnt chocolate and is not sufficiently balanced. The aroma, as the other poster noted, is on the weak side.

May 30, 2006 Aroma is just plain, just can pick up caramel, and pennies. Taste is caramel, chocolate, and copper.
