Dark amber color with an off-white head. Medium body; smooth carbonation. Light roasted caramel malt flavor. Very mild hop for some balance at the finish. Clean and smooth. Wulfstan (509), California, USA Oct 31, 2007 Updated: Apr 25, 2008A fairly deep red-brown with a thin but lasting off-white head. The aroma alone is fairly weak with some faint toast and caramel. The taste is fairly full-bodied, rich toasted malt with a hint of caramel, mostly a bit sweet with some good, mild hop bitterness, and a biscuity finish. The palate is fairly full and almost silky.
