(on bottle) Dark mahogony, allmost black, beig ehead. Herby sent of fennel, bog myrtle, cypress, witch hazel, this is a good mixture mind you. The herbs carries on into the taste, now more nettle and dry grass. A flowerish ote hangs above it all. A rather flat, but very plesant and mild finish. The long finish gets dry.

courtesy of fiulijn; bottle #55/250 -hazy dark brown colour with a persistent beige foam; aroma of vinegar with notes of chocolate and brownies underneath; low carbonation and with a moderate malt body; sourish and with some astringency; quite dry and sour aftertaste of cherries and cookies - very interesting

Bottled. Dark ruby, rich firm head. Evident nutmeg aroma. Fairly dry, spicy and lightly spritzy with vinous notes. Herbal and fresh, elegant and complex. Finsihes with salty bitterness.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Bottle # 53/250. Pours a hazy orangey brown with a dense and lacing beige head. Tart, woody aroma. Medium body with sweetish burned caramel and distinct notes of wood. Finishes dry. A superb Flemish Sour - just the way I like them. 291208

Bottled. Daak amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Sourness, fruits and berries in the aroma. Flavour of berries, sourness, grape and some caramel. Medium to full bodied. Dry and somewhat grapish fruityness in the end. Quite refreshing and nice.

75 cL bottle # 53/250, another fantastic brew courtesy of fiulijn. Pours murky dark brown with a minimal tan head. Solid acidic and milky aroma, mild roasted caramel malt. Sweet and smooth wineous fruity and caramelish flavoured. Nice milky touch to a mild acidic and vague citric base flavour. Light phenolic touch before the finish. Dry and slight chemical touch. Dry finish, yet also quite fruity.

Where the Wild Beers Are, 2008. Not very sour but a good beer. Medium-sweet aroma with balsamic vinegar. Some spices, oak, malt, and a fruit flavor that I attribute to the wine. Medium palate. One of the best French beers I have had.
