Has a very hoppy scent to it with dark orange/brown hues, with minimal head. Flavor is not as hoppy as the aroma leads it to be. Very drinkable but not the greatest IPA. Nice hop aroma, perhaps amarillo, as their is a citrus note. Decent hop flavor without any harsh bitterness. Mild malt backbone. A solid, if unmemorable IPA. Dark amber appearance and leaves a ton of lacing on the glass. Characteristic cascade hop nose and similar taste - fierce hoppiness but a bland flavour. drfabulous (1250), Columbia, Missouri, USA

Pleasant, floral, cascade-like nose. Notes of grapefruit/citrus, light caramel, pine and medium-strength "c-hop" flavor. Medium bodied, on the lighter side with moderate carbonation. A solid drinkin’ IPA. Bobsy (194), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 26, 2007 On tap at TB in SF. Poured a wonderfully deep amber-copper body with an attractive bouncing creamy whitish head and mammoth lacing. Nose of floral hops and sweet malts. Somewhat piny and resinous, not cloying. Full flavored and richly hopped. This is a wonderful IPA. Very low bitterness, low hop aroma, no maltiness, no head.
Did not enjoy.
