Dark amber/maroon colour with a very obstinate head and lots of lacing. Fruity aroma and a good flavour of toffee and slightly roasted malt, helped by a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. An enjoyable ESB. Nice, active nitro pour - which I love - dark golden in color, good, thick lacing. Excellent, subtle bitterness in the flavor with some citrus notes and a bit of maple syrup. Good session material. Thick creamy mouthfeel. One of my choices for a pint from the sampler LaChad (1375), San Francisco, California, USA
